Things that sink a knife gate submittal
- Wrong flange drilling for the mating pipe or pump
- Uni-directional gate where the flow can reverse
- Actuator sized for normal flow, not shutoff differential
- Domestic content letter that covers the wrong rule
- Bonnet required by spec but not quoted
